These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by GT Days in connection with trackday events, coaching offers and related services.
The presentation of our events on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By registering or booking, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded only after explicit acceptance or booking confirmation by GT Days.
The prices shown on the website or in the booking process apply. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT. Fees become due upon receipt of the payment request or immediately within the booking process.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Section 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code). This applies in particular to bookings of our date-specific trackdays, coaching sessions and other event services.
Rebookings and cancellations depend on the booked event. Unless agreed otherwise, cancellation is possible in writing up to eight weeks before the event. Transfer of the booking to another participant is generally possible if communicated in time.
Participation in events is at your own risk. GT Days is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, GT Days accepts no liability for typical motorsport-related risks, vehicle damage or damage caused by other participants.
Participants must hold a valid driving licence. Vehicles used at the event must be in a technically sound condition and comply with the requirements of the respective circuit. GT Days may exclude participants or vehicles from the event in case of safety concerns or rule violations.
Each participant is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage. Standard motor insurance often applies only to a limited extent or not at all on race circuits. We strongly recommend taking out suitable trackday or motorsport insurance.
GT Days reserves the right to cancel or postpone events for good cause, especially in cases of force majeure, official orders, circuit closures or unreasonable safety risks. In such a case, participation fees already paid will be refunded or credited towards a replacement date. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Photo, audio and video recordings may be made during our events. Participants agree that such material may be used by GT Days for documentation, press and promotional purposes, unless overriding legitimate interests oppose such use.
German law applies with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
